Return Policy
1. Returns
1.1) If you are not satisfied with a product purchased from Capital Baths, you may return it
within 30 days from the date of purchase.
1.2) For any products that arrive damaged or defective (including mirrors,
bulbs, and lights), you must notify our delivery representative at the time of delivery. If
the damage is not immediately visible, you must inform us within 48 hours of receiving the
delivery.
2. Eligibility
2.1) Returned products must:
- Be in perfect saleable condition.
- Include original packaging, all accessories, and warranty
documents.
- Not have been used, installed, assembled, or disassembled.
2.2) For tile returns: A minimum of 5 m² or 2 boxes (for
décor tiles) must be returned.
2.3) A valid proof of purchase is required with all returns.
3. Exclusions
Returns will not be accepted for the following:
- Customized, special-order items, or whirlpools.
- Items bought as promotional, clearance, or ex-display.
- Products that have been used, installed, or assembled.
Additionally:
- Bulbs cannot be returned or exchanged after 48 hours of delivery.
Customers are responsible for inspecting bulbs at the time of purchase or delivery.
4. Return Process
4.1) You may return the product to our showroom or contact our customer service to arrange for
pickup from your location.
4.2) Product receipt does not imply automatic return approval. All returns are subject to
inspection by our Quality Control (QC) team.
4.3) If the QC team confirms the item is eligible, we will issue a refund.
4.4) If the product does not pass inspection, it will be returned to you, and
no refund will be issued.
4.5) Unclaimed products that fail QC must be collected within 30 days of
notification. Otherwise, Capital Baths reserves the right to dispose of the item without any
liability.
