To prevent scald during shower, you can only rotate the handle to the demarcation point (40℃), and won't be able to continue without pressing the red button for hotter water.
Moreover, you are allowed to collocate the desired water outlets (handshowers / showerheads / faucets) with control valves, making shower more than just daily routine, but a source of enjoyment.
