1. The body is made of brass casting material in accordance with ISO CuZn40Pb standard.
2. Comes with a pull rod.
3.Triangle valve assembly: copper forging material, chrome-plated surface.
4. The handle is made of forged copper and complies with JIS 3771 standard.
5. The handle is made of SUS304 stainless steel with baking paint, which creates a different visual experience and is safe.
6. The water outlet uses a Swiss NEOPREL foaming head, which has a good foaming effect and is not easy to splash. In addition, because of the fine foam output, the water stays on the objects being washed for a longer time, which significantly reduces the use of water.
7. The shower hose has a built-in NSF-certified SANTOPRENE hose that can withstand 10kg/cm^2 water pressure and a temperature of 120°C.
8. Stainless steel braided high-pressure hose, one end is external thread M10 × 1.0, connected to the faucet body, the other end is internal thread G 1/2 (1/2"-14NPSM), connected to the water supply end.
9. Stainless steel braided high-pressure hose has NSF-certified SANTOPRENE hose inside, which can withstand 10kg/cm^2 water pressure and 120℃ temperature resistance.
1.1) If you are not satisfied with a product purchased from Capital Baths, you may return it
within 30 days from the date of purchase.
1.2) For any products that arrive damaged or defective (including mirrors,
bulbs, and lights), you must notify our delivery representative at the time of delivery. If
the damage is not immediately visible, you must inform us within 48 hours of receiving the
delivery.
2.1) Returned products must:
- Be in perfect saleable condition.
- Include original packaging, all accessories, and warranty
documents.
- Not have been used, installed, assembled, or disassembled.
2.2) For tile returns: A minimum of 5 m² or 2 boxes (for
décor tiles) must be returned.
2.3) A valid proof of purchase is required with all returns.
Returns will not be accepted for the following:
- Customized, special-order items, or whirlpools.
- Items bought as promotional, clearance, or ex-display.
- Products that have been used, installed, or assembled.
Additionally:
- Bulbs cannot be returned or exchanged after 48 hours of delivery.
Customers are responsible for inspecting bulbs at the time of purchase or delivery.
4.1) You may return the product to our showroom or contact our customer service to arrange for
pickup from your location.
4.2) Product receipt does not imply automatic return approval. All returns are subject to
inspection by our Quality Control (QC) team.
4.3) If the QC team confirms the item is eligible, we will issue a refund.
4.4) If the product does not pass inspection, it will be returned to you, and
no refund will be issued.
4.5) Unclaimed products that fail QC must be collected within 30 days of
notification. Otherwise, Capital Baths reserves the right to dispose of the item without any
liability.
